This Hawarden Players version of the panto classic written by Norman Robbins takes you on the journey of Aladdin and his magic lamp all the way from Peking to Egypt. On the way you will encounter all the well loved panto characters such as Widow Twankey, Wishee Washee, The Genie, Princess Jasmin, and Aladdin himself, attempting to overcome the wicked plans of the evil Abanazar!
Directed by Gilli Rhys, and assisted by Deborah Dickinson, the show will provided laughs and cheers, along with much needed booing and hissing, with a good few chances for a sing song along the way.
This is a very special show for the group, as it is somewhat of a homecoming performance, having returned to Hawarden to put on this brilliant production at the Hawarden Institute!
